Utetileuov Rauan Yerzhanovich, was born on 05.27.1987. He is a native of the Turkestan region. He has a higher education.

- 2009 graduated from KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev with a degree in Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances. (Bachelor's degree).

- 2012 graduated from KazNTU named after K.I.Satpayev with a degree in Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances (Master's degree).

- 2018 graduated from NIT MISIS University Moscow with a degree in Mining Management (Master's degree).

-2019 graduated from the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Uranium Mining and Processing.

- 2023 graduated from NIT MISIS University Moscow with a degree in Mining Management (Doctor).

He began his career in 2010 at JSC NAK Kazatomprom Karatau LLP as an engineer for the preparation of production of the productive solutions processing workshop of the Budenovskoye-2 mine. From 2012 to 2018, he worked in Karatau Mine Karatau LLP in senior positions.  From 2018 to 2020, he worked at JSC JV Zarechnoye as Chief Engineer – Deputy Director of the PSV mine.   The last place of work in Karatau LLP 2020-2024 is the director of the Karatau mine.  From February 2024 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy General Director for Production at JSC JV Akbastau. The total work experience is 14 years.
