Ayubaev Askar Meiramovich, was born on 05.01.1987. He is a native of the Almaty region. He has a higher education.

-2005-2009 graduated from T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics, majoring in Finance.

-2006-2012 graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, majoring in Bachelor of Administrative Management, Economics.

-2013-2016 graduated from KazNTU named after K.I. Satpayev with a degree in Oil and Gas business.

-2014-2015 graduated from the Humanitarian University of Transport and Law named after D.A. Kunaev, academic degree of Master of Economics and Business.

He started his career in 2012 at Asian Gas Pipeline LLP as a specialist in the Department of Analytics and Control.  From 2014 to 2015, he worked at KazTransGas JSC as an analyst at the Department of Capital Construction and Technical Policy of the Gas Transportation System.   From 2015 to 2022, he worked at Trade and Transport Company LLP in various positions, including senior ones. His last job was from 2022 to 2023, he worked at International services and trade A+ LLP as a director of the partnership.  From December 2023 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at JSC JV Akbastau.
